Agreement
These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and charrd. By creating an account, logging in, or using charrd you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Who can use charrd
charrd is about whiskey. You must be of legal drinking age where you live to use it. Please drink responsibly.
Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users
charrd has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You may not post content that is hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, violent, discriminatory, spam, or otherwise offensive, and you may not bully, threaten, or abuse other people. Offending content is removed and the user who posted it is banned from charrd.
Your content
You are responsible for everything you post, including pour notes, ratings, cocktail recipes, photos, usernames and display names. You keep ownership of your content and give charrd permission to store and display it inside the app and on pages you choose to share, such as your shared collection link.
Reporting and blocking
You can report any post or profile and block any user from inside the app. Blocking someone hides their content from you right away. We review every report and act on it within 24 hours by removing the content, banning the user, or both.
Filtering
charrd automatically blocks offensive words in text that other people can see. Filtering is not perfect, so please report anything that gets through.
Deleting your account
You can permanently delete your account at any time from Profile, then Edit Profile, then Delete account. This removes your profile, pours, ratings, notes, collection, lists, cocktails, follows and photos. Bottles you added to the shared catalog stay in the catalog but are no longer linked to you.
Privacy
How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy, linked on charrd.app.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms. If we do, the app will ask you to agree again before you continue. Questions or concerns: app.charrd@gmail.com.
